Turtle Hill House is a striking expression of modern coastal living, thoughtfully designed to embrace its
extraordinary Wellfleet setting. Perched high among the treetops, the home feels immersed in the surrounding
landscape, with expansive glass, abundant natural light and views that create a seamless connection between
indoors and out. Even the property’s name speaks to its setting, where turtles return to nest in the front yard.
Inside, a European kitchen with concrete countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances is complemented
by sequentially matched maple paneling throughout the kitchen, living and dining spaces. A dramatic steel
and maple stairway adds an architectural focal point, while multiple decks extend the living spaces outdoors
and take full advantage of the surrounding treetop and marsh views. With an association beach and tennis
courts close by, and the natural beauty of Wellfleet all around, this sophisticated and wonderfully unexpected
home offers an entirely new way to experience Cape Cod.
